The Consistency of Workout

I wish I am as skinny as the 'me' in the mirror! 
But you know what? 
Health should not be judged by your body size but how you take care of it! 

Guess what's my achievement today? I was amazed because I really hate to do push up.
10 push up!

How to achieve that? The consistency of workout. 


First of all, educate yourself the importance of exercise to health. 
Second, pick up the exercise you enjoy doing it.
Third, you need to be discipline.
It would be great if you have support from people around.
Last, just do it!
