我好久没在部落格写心情了,因为不想传送不好的能量。那我也太压抑自己了。发泄吧! 好想哭却哭不出来。这证明我已经慢慢的痊愈了吧。那干嘛我心情还是那么糟糕?告诉自己,会过去的,别急、慢慢来。

Sweat It Out @ Penang Botanical Garden
How's sweating feel like after sport? It was feeling AWESOME!
I've not been to outdoor to refresh lately since the haze came few weeks ago. After days of shower, the rain did wash away some of the haze. So, I quickly took this chance to getaway myself in nature for a short workout and jogging for 1.5 hours.
I was told by a client this evening that I seem to have lost some weight. I can feel my body has firmed up a bit but I am still confused, because my pants are still tight?
Since June I started to go Gym, I found my stamina started to pick up again. I did not feel breathless or tired when I walked up the mini hills for 3 times in Botanical Garden! Besides, I able to run non-stop for one round and sweat like hell. I love it - love the sweating!
I was feeling good and happy :)
Tips : Sweating doesn't mean you exercise.
How do you know you have optimised your exercise's performance by these 3 ways.
1. Heart Rate - Try to achieve your Target Heart Rate
Maximum Heart Rate = 220 - Age
Target Heart Rate = between 65% to 85% of Maximum Heart rate
Example: Maximum Heart Rate = 220 - Age 25 = 195
Target Heart Rate = 195 x 65% = 126.75
= 195 x 85% =165.76
So, my Target Heart Rate is between 127 pulses to 166 pulses per minute.
2. RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) - How do you feel about the exercise? Is it hard or easy?
There is a scale of 1 to 10 to rate your perceived exertion. I rate myself 7 ( a bit uncomfortable and short of breathe) after the non-stop jogging.
3. Singing/Talking Test
When you are breathless, can you sing or talk? Probably just a short sentence. That's how my personal trainer 'tricked' me - talked to me while I did the warm up on a treadmill.

Oh no!!! Putting on weight!
I've been putting on weight lately without realising. It was just a month I started to work and my weight is weighting up! I can see the stubborn fat started to grow around my waist and also my tights! Besides my skins became loose and 'swingable'. I can't wear hot pants and tight top anymore :(
Oh gosh what have I done to myself? Having bad diet and physically inactive at all!!! I ate a lot of rice lately, I hate rice!!!!! Is all your fault! Ops sometime can't blame rice at all because one thing that I finally agree is that australian they see asian food is oily and try to avoid it. It is true! I see many housewives or even when you eat out, the food is so oily! This Is something that I am not very used to eat anymore. I feel bad that sometimes I will prepare a bowl of water to soak/rinse the veg to remove the oil! Seriously I did that and I am going to continue.
Okay start complaining, I don't like Malaysian lifestyle, eat and sit on the car; where can I jalan-jalan nearby my house? Plus my freedom is kinda restricted because I don't have a car, inconvenient to go out, can't even shopping to move a bit, such a boring and torturing life!
Okay finish complain.
Maybe I should come out with a plan~
What I used to be when I was oversea
Morning:
1.oats/cereal, banana and milk
2. 1 slice of toast with peanut butter and coffee with milk
3. 3 dim sim
4. 1 small bowl of yogurt with fruits and some biscuit crumb
Lunch:
1. 1/2 little bowl of rice with any dish ( steam fish, baked beans, beef and veg)
2. 2 pieces of toast/ 1 roll/ 1 wrap with peanut butter/can's tuna/ ham&cheese
3. Salad mixed with feta cheese and meat
Dinner:
1. 1:2 bowl of rice with any dish
2. Soup, half packed of noodle, veg, mushroom, veg
3. Takeaway food
Middle of day when hungry:
Nimble biscuit or fruits
Most importantly, my working needs a lot of physical work and moving around.
Currently :
As mentioned above, carbo feast! Oily food! No fresh eat!
A plan to implement~
Morning:
Cereal, milk, banana, yogurt, toast, oats,
Nuts and raisin
Lunch:
1. 1/2 small bowl of rice with veg, protein
2. Salad and meat
3. Toast/wrap/rolls with egg, meat & veg
Dinner:
1. 1/2 small bowl of rice, veg, protein less.
2. Veg soup
Snack a bit between meals when hungry.
Biscuit, milo or hot choc drinks

我想選較少人走過的路,克服現實,變得更壯,我會加油的

It is so hard for me to choose right now. I am struggling for work yet I can't leave my be-loved people and I hate to being alone again. Should I give up finding job in my related field? Is it what I am looking for? At the moment, I just want to stay with the people I loved.

Preliminary Photo Shooting
Short-listed Candidates Preliminary Photo Shooting at First Avenue for I Found FAME 2014 Something that's not so me...
This is my first time photo shooting since long time ago and it was fun. I did enjoy. The event was held on 26th&27th April. The photo is a bit blurred. Blame my very light make up too. Look super ugly on this photo.

I wasn't intent to participate on this kind of event. I submitted the form just for fun. So lucky that I was selected in the 70 list out of 500+ candidates. Anyway don't think I will be selected in the top 12 for final, so many talented people out there. Anyway photo shooting was fun and cool! I love photo shooting- an expression of art!
Thanks friends for coming with me and coincidently met Shirlyn just finished her photo shooting session. A free starbuck buy one free one voucher was given to every candidates.
I am sucked in make up as I don't do make up frequently. The first photo's make up by myself in the morning. The second photo's make up was touched up a bit by the professional team. Love my eyebrows, thanks for helping me.
The last one still looked good with no make up, hahaha...
The finalist was out few days ago and I wasn't in the list as expected. Congratulations to the winner!

Attitude
Finally I have found out the one who rang me from Adventist Hospital and SADLY to say I miss the golden opportunity. She is the manager of Health and Wellness Department and looking for a Community Dietitian due to her staff is leaving to US. However I just noticed the email from the stupid Junk Mail and it was too late already. She had already found someone for this position. I am so sad sob sob sob.... Such a good opportunity just slipped away like that. Stupid me:( I know my attitude and behavior is such a big problem. I should treat things seriously in real!!! Bye Bye my gold~~~
Is there any chances of working as Dietitian again? Or nah just stick back to Food Industry? My future is so blurred. I shall not think that far. I should just take whatever that come first. Oh My God...
