17th May 2017

Good news today.

Weight drop to 55.7kg. Cassy called me early in the morning to inform me a good new. Besides. cute butt is very kind to tag me along to KL next week. 

Exercise twice a day, one in the morning and one in evening are really exhausting. I left Body combat slightly earlier than usual because my muscle could not take it anymore. I could feel the lactic acid is all around my muscle.

Diary 16th May 2017

I received two calls for the interview; one from a Wellness Company & one from Rxx Bank. Hmm, is that what I want?

There were a few interview calls and interview appointments lately. Well, at least my market value is still there. I should be confident in myself and never doubt my own ability. 

I think interview today went quite smooth. The last chat was great. I was able to express myself better in showing my initiative and interest. Yes, I would like to challenge myself to discover the potential and never stop learning. 100k before 30 years old, but stick with the current title won't help me reach the goal. Yes, reading news and market to keep me updated, why not? Okay, to reach the goal you have to work harder than others and train your thick face.

Richard shared the idea of youtube, weight loss for confinement and wedding. He also mentioned we could do the soursop leaves tea as soon as possible. I can't wait to start the engine.

15th May 2017


Nothing special today at work except I ate 3 pieces of carrot cake! Oh yea, I cooked dinner this evening! Surprise!!!

 


Brother’s nose bleeds again and they are on the way to PAH. Seriously, I don’t know how to communicate with my dad. I don’t think he understood what I said just now.


I am happy to receive another bank asking me to send the latest resume. I am hungry for that position.

14th May 2017


As usual, waking up very early in the morning before the day turned bright. I continued to roll in the bed till 8 am. Looking at the slide and continue to practise the flow to prevent things in Life Hope Center happens again. I was struggled to talk about my presentation. Why? I just did not understand why? Why can’t I speak fluently and delivered the message clearly? Okay fine, after trying a few round, it was already 11ish. I should cook something fast to eat and get ready.


We reached Hillside Church at 1 pm and waited for Cowan to show us the way to the kitchen. I am glad to have the girls and Cowan to help me for the preparation. Health talk started at 2 pm. Surprisingly, I am okay with the flow! Thank god! Just that the food demonstration part wasn’t as good compared to the PPP event. The audience were happy with the talk. So, overall was good and I enjoyed it.

The Consistency of Workout

I wish I am as skinny as the 'me' in the mirror! 
But you know what? 
Health should not be judged by your body size but how you take care of it! 

Guess what's my achievement today? I was amazed because I really hate to do push up.
10 push up!

How to achieve that? The consistency of workout. 


First of all, educate yourself the importance of exercise to health. 
Second, pick up the exercise you enjoy doing it.
Third, you need to be discipline.
It would be great if you have support from people around.
Last, just do it!

我很努力的忘掉不开心的事,很努力的让自己过得很开心。
 

我好久没在部落格写心情了,因为不想传送不好的能量。那我也太压抑自己了。发泄吧! 好想哭却哭不出来。这证明我已经慢慢的痊愈了吧。那干嘛我心情还是那么糟糕?告诉自己,会过去的,别急、慢慢来。

Sweat It Out @ Penang Botanical Garden

How's sweating feel like after sport? It was feeling AWESOME! 


I've not been to outdoor to refresh lately since the haze came few weeks ago. After days of shower, the rain did wash away some of the haze. So, I quickly took this chance to getaway myself in nature for a short workout and jogging for 1.5 hours.

I was told by a client this evening that I seem to have lost some weight. I can feel my body has firmed up a bit but I am still confused, because my pants are still tight? 




Since June I started to go Gym, I found my stamina started to pick up again. I did not feel breathless or tired when I walked up the mini hills for 3 times in Botanical Garden! Besides, I able to run non-stop for one round and sweat like hell. I love it - love the sweating!   


I was feeling good and happy :)

Tips : Sweating doesn't mean you exercise. 

How do you know you have optimised your exercise's performance by these 3 ways.  

1. Heart Rate - Try to achieve your Target Heart Rate 
Maximum Heart Rate = 220 - Age
Target Heart Rate     = between 65% to 85% of Maximum Heart rate

      Example:      Maximum Heart Rate = 220 - Age 25 = 195
                              Target Heart Rate = 195 x 65% = 126.75
                                                          = 195 x 85% =165.76 

So, my Target Heart Rate is between 127 pulses to 166 pulses per minute. 

2. RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) - How do you feel about the exercise? Is it hard or easy? 
There is a scale of 1 to 10 to rate your perceived exertion. I rate myself 7 ( a bit uncomfortable and short of breathe) after the non-stop jogging. 

3. Singing/Talking Test
When you are breathless, can you sing or talk? Probably just a short sentence. That's how my personal trainer 'tricked' me - talked to me while I did the warm up on a treadmill.
